According to a list compiled by LoveFood, the "most-loved dish" in all of Tennessee is barbecue ribs. This smoky dish is a BBQ staple so naturally many restaurants offer their own twist on the dish (especially with Memphis being known for its particular style of barbecue), but the ribs found at The Bar-B-Q Shop in Memphis are a definite must-try.
