CYNTHIA MARSHALL IS A REAL BOSS AS SHE MAKES NBA HISTORY

Cynthia Marshall's name will go down in history as the first African-American female CEO of an NBA team.

The newly crowned boss of of the Dallas Mavericks shared with Black Enterprise her plan for the organization, and it includes completing the internal investigation that was previously launched by Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. She also plans to meet with the staff and implement a process that transforms the toxic and dysfunctional culture within the club.

She calls Cuban a “person of integrity” which is part of the reason she accepted the offer to join his team.
